Our company started off with a simple service. We help individuals and small businesses with their technology problems. Computers like all other machines require some attention and we help our clients in that regard. From time to time, there are problems that individuals are unable to resolve. We stand right behind our clients and help them have a productive experience while using their computers.
Today, almost everyone’s daily routine involves using a computer in one form or another. For some it could be as simple as checking mail and staying in touch with friends. Others might use the computer for rather complex activities. Whatever the case may be, dependency on the screen is a staple of everyday life.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve been getting requests from our clients for training on certain software suites they need to improve their productivity in their workplace and school. All of us have been at a point, where we need to learn a certain software but don’t know where to start. To make the learning process easy and enjoyable, we are introducing our Technology Training Service.
We have chosen to name the Training Service, Oostad. The word originates in South Asia, where the title is given to masters who work meticulously to train their students on a certain skill. We hope to educate and inform our clients on their technology needs in a manner that will be easy to learn and useful in their daily lives.
